About Us

Cooktown KIDS ART SESSIONS funded by ON-LINE CROWD-FUNDING and RADF project funding to provide art materials for kids aged 6 to 12 (due to demand have some under 6 as long as adult stays and some over 12 - up to 16 so depending on level of interest in art we will assist the kids)  and local artists as facilitators to run art sessions over the year  from 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2013.

Thanks to a great response to our story in the Cooktown Local News the Endeavour Lions Club donated $1,300, local pensioner George Theobold's $300 and many locals with smaller amounts we raised our goal amount of $2,000.00! 

A further $3,100.00 from RADF provided additional funds for this art adventure!
